Judging competitions - a means of extension

Abstract

In most developed countries competition has been used as a mass media means of extension. The following competition was designed for use in Papua New Guinea. It is based on what a project owner has done, is doing and what he should know. Each project is marked against what is considered by the judges to be the ultimate for that project.
