Field notes on Meyer's and Chestnut-sided Goshawks

Abstract

There are few mainland records of Meyer's Goshawk (Accipiter meyerianus). A sighting of a probably black morph Meyer's Goshawk is described here. The possibility that Chestnut-sided Goshawk does not have a black morph as is commonly supposed is also discussed.
