The Chestnut Forest-Rail Rallina ruby (Rallidae), at Tari Gap, Southern Highlands Province, Papua New Guinea, and its vocalisations

Abstract

The Chestnut Forest-Rail Rallina rubra is found on the island of New Guinea in montane forests of the Arfak Mountains and the Central Ranges. Observations of this species were made at Tari Gap and are reported here.
