Island Thrush (Turdus poliocephalus) in Western Province, Papua New Guinea

Abstract

Measurements of four Island Thrush (Turdus poliocephalus) specimens collected from the Star Mountains and the Hindenburg Range are given and identified as T. p. versteegi.

Not that this taxa is now named Papuan Island Thrush (T. papuensis versteegi).
