Yellow-billed Spoonbill (Platalea flavipes) : A new species for Papua New Guinea

Abstract

Sightings of small flocks of Yellow-billed Spoonbills (Platalea flavipes) in the Bensbach area, Western Province are reported, confirming this as a new species for Papua New Guinea.
