Nesting records from the Lakekamu Basin

Abstract

Knowledge of the seasonality and nesting habits of New Guinea birds is limited. During fieldwork in lowland rainforest in the Lakekamu Basin, Gulf Province, October 1994 - March 1995, nesting information was obtained for 18 species.
