Abstract

Insect pests infesting many forms of agricultural products, as well as orchard trees and nursery stocks, can be most effectively treated by the process of fumigation.  This is essentially a combined chemical and entomological matter; the chemical side comprising the study of gases for the dilution or saturation of the atmosphere surrounding the objects to be treated.
