Abstract

The world shortage of raw cocoa has greatly intensified interest in its expansion in Papua and New Guinea. This article is for those who
intend becoming owner-managers of a cacao property in the Territory. It is based on questions frequently asked of the Department of Agriculture, by intending settlers and planters. Articles of a more technical nature by Specialist Officers will appear in future Journals.
