Cocoa Drying with the Lister Moisture Extraction Unit. Addendum: Drying Trial on an 800 sq. ft. Floor.

Abstract

Results from a single trial in which S½ tons dry bean equivalent were dried on a floor area of 800 square feet at a depth of approximately 8 inches. The trial was conducted at the Lowlands Agricultural Experiment Station, Keravat, between 16th December, and 23rd December, 1963.
